The Friends of Grindleford Station are a group of volunteers including residents from the Grindleford area, local businesses and community groups.  Our aim is to improve the station environment, traveller experience and usage by:

• Gardening and making other visual improvements to the station
• Promoting local attractions and events within reach of the station
• Raising awareness of the history of the station and its significance
• Encouraging rail travel and providing links to details of rail services
• Giving feedback to rail organisation on their plans for the station and services.
